1 year of empowering young creatives to be positive change agents

Hurray, it’s our one-year anniversary!

Established in October 2021, Frontline Youth Creativity Initiative is a youth-led, youth-focused organisation working to promote positive social change in Nigeria through the creative arts.

Highlights of our activities in the past year are:

  • Establishing the annual Young Voices Against SGBV Competition and inaugurating the pioneer Anti-SGBV Ambassadors.
  • Training youth on creative and life skills in collaboration with the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development.
  • Launching the World Youth Skills Day Competition.
  • Organising an International Youth Day webinar, titled “The Effect of Ageism on Sustainable Development in Nigeria”.
  • Forming an ongoing partnership with the Priests Peace and Justice Initiative on its Shun Corruption Project.
Our impact in numbers

Our celebration would be incomplete without saying a big thank you to our staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries for supporting us in various ways in the past year.

We are excited at what we have been able to achieve so far, and we look forward to seeing more results in the coming years.
