This organ will focus on the use of the creative arts (music/rap, spoken word, poetry, prose, drama, fine art, photography/videography, creative writing, dance, etc.) to promote themes such as youth political participation, gender equality, anti-corruption, self-esteem among boys and girls, and action against SGBV. It will engage young boys and girls through regular trainings on creative skills and how they can be used to challenge the status quo, contests among participants, and quarterly or annual events to enable these participants showcase their work. The Youth and Creativity Nucleus will also engage in social media advocacy by postcreative outputs from selected participants on our website and social media handles. This is aimed at reaching a wider audience and driving further discussions on the subject matter of the creative outputs.
This organ will focus on empowering young girls through trainings on key themes such as life skills, gender equality, how to take action against SGBV, and how to speak out against corruption. Following the trainings, participants will take part in the contests and events organised by the Youth and Creativity Nucleus to express lessons from the trainings through creative means. The Empowerment Nucleus will also connect the beneficiaries of our trainings with positive female role models through a mentorship programme.

Resource persons conduct training sessions on creative and life skills for beneficiaries of our programmes. They must be experts in their chosen field.
